Well, the results are in after my first official week of pre-planned meals, and I must say, it was a HUGE success!  We only ate out one time after church, which was planned, and I definitely had less stress.  My entire week seemed more organized.  This week, I am going to add in lunches, since I homeschool and have 3 boys here at home every day.

I just started Menu Plan Monday last week too, and what a change it made! The baked beef stew looks yummy. I hear ya on the big bird! We had lot of sandwiches (I love turkey sandwiches), and I also made really yummy turkey nachos and soup too last week. I never would have even come up with more options if it weren't for Menu Plan Monday. :)

Have a wonderful week!

I love the "stay intentional". What an impact those two words had on me when I read them. Bless you and have a great MPM!

This sounds like heaven, but can I do it? Lord knows I've tried, but you have me inspired. I am now your loyal follower. If you have an extra minute some time, come to mine at www.samwich365.com. I'd be honored to have you visit/comment/or follow. Happy New Year, Keri (a.k.a. Sam)

Sounds good. We smoked a turkey at T-giving and I used the leftovers for soup and pot pie and they were delicious!

Wish I could plan menus out - but eating for one is the pits - my girl wen tback to school Monday - I usually eat cereal or toast - she is the "cooker" in our family!
