Menu Plan Monday

This week, I am going to be more intentional to get more veggies into my daily diet.  I like vegetables a lot, but they aren't as easy to grab and eat as simple carbs.

Monday-Baked Tilapia Fillets, Spinach, and wild rice
Tuesday-Grilled chicken, sauteed cabbage, biscuits
Wednesday-Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Thursday-Leftovers
Friday-Flank steak, Swiss Chard, Mashed Potatoes

Where's the project post?

We eat a lot of the SteamFresh veggies. Travis and I get kind of tired of them, but they are so easy, and ALL of my kids will eat them, so we do. :)
